yea we all know clearfork sucks but if if they get new owners mabe there is still some hope! there are curently 3 differnt people looking at it.

that would be sick if they were as cool as the peeps at snowtrails, thn we could have two sweet parks, and they could have battles to see who could make the best park! haha, whatever, ill be living down ther this year, so ill check it ourt if things look good.

i've never been to clearfork, just pretty was in the parking lot in the summer. Whats that place like in the winter. Does it seem like they would have a budget for park? What kinda snowcat?

^ they have two boxes 3 rails and we biled the jumps the only good snowcat they have is the one they bot frome snowtrails a long time ago but if they did get the money they couled have a prity sweet park but it wouled take some wourk

 
Clear fork could have some hope with a good cat and some new snowguns. But thats a lot of money for both of those. Clear fork does have the longest run in ohio.

 
Yeah i wouldn't ski there if i had to pay, they do have a good place to eat there...i like their food, not enought to ski there though

 
they should take clear fork and relocate it on top of snowtrails to double the vertical.

the thing is the owners are afraid to spend the money.. not near as many people go there as snowtrails. but they defently have the room for a nice park just its wether they will spend the money.. that tubing shit brought in a lot of money

 
SnowTrails should just buy it. Then they can turn it it o an all jibbers resort with jumps and jibs all over the resort with camps trainers and coaches and an interactive video training inside complete with indoor spa and pool with a swim up bar. Im still workin on some ideas for the name but something like Snow Trails UNLEASHED!!

That'll work out great...maybe they should turn snowtrails into the cool place and clearfork for all the silly people who actually like to ski and not jump and things....who knows, just a thought snowtrails has a better lodge and its more fun.

What would make people want to go to Clear Fork instead of Snowtrails... nothing wrong with snowtrails obviously but i'm just curious what you guys think would be the best things that Clear Fork could do? Snowmaking would be a given. And i'm guessing a good park but what would it take in the park to pull you away from Snowtrails? Better Food? More Events... I.E, Contests, Bar Specials, i don't know D.J.s on certain nights, anything in particular? What would need to be done to improve the lodge facilities? What about the trails? Terrain (not park)? Employees? Cheaper lift tickets and season passes? Just throw out some ideas? I mean i'm curious, i've never been to this place, but i want to know what you guys think will make a resort better. Just curious.

it does have the longest run in ohio and it forks so its basicly like two long runs. they could make a sweet park on both of them. but it will never happen cause its clear fork and the only people that go their ar a bunch of hillbillies. the ski patrol are about gay. they pretty much are every where but way worse at clear fork. we basicly have a small mound of snow and some shovels where we get to build the jumps every day and when you build them like 3ft high we gotta tear them down so no 1 gets hurt.. SUPPER GAY

 
hey i skied there till 2 years ago and i came to snowtrails and was better than half the people there. and people there are far from hilbillies

 
dude, parks are lame anyways...the only real skiers are big mountain skiers and racers, everyone needs to start racing, at least club racing or something, lets get the ball rollin!

usually after a good powder day, we go off the back side and trash until there is no more thrashing to be had. Its super fun, you should try.

 
If there are new owners, they need to make money to spend money, while having a park might attract freestyle skiers it would be hard to drag people away snowtrails especially after snowtrails stepped up their park. they need to focus on bringing in ski schools from the area because that makes more money than racing and unfortunately freestyle sking, if the focus on ski schools and instructors then they should make a lot of money to invest in the near future like a park to try to compete with snowtrails.

plus i really doubt that a bartender would be getting a call to bartend (at a different resort) before the deal was even penned as final and released to the media!!

this guy is full of it at this time! Perfect North has shown more interest in then Peak Resorts (whom owns BMBW)...

nobody will know nothing until the end of the month!

snowtrails has just about all of them at our hill. The only ones that go to clearfork basically get everything for dirt.
