If they're white, bleach might be okay, but check the tag. Not buying white pants works pretty well too.

wash then in the washing machine like anything else, but put some stain remover all over where theyre dirty. try gonzo or umm i forget the other one but theres a bunch out there that work well.

are you fucking retarded? never dry clean you outerwear, nothing fucks up your waterproofing worse
but the shit made to go in the washing machine with you jackets and pants i believe nikwax makes one, but if not that, use powdered detergent, liquid detergent fucks up the waterproofing as well,
always throw it in the dryer, it helps reseal the waterproofing
