Classical Music

Who digs the classical music? I listen to it all the time; it's so relaxing, and it makes you realize what life is all about.

Keep it real!

Very good, so different from all the modern music. I listen to it when I need a break from all of 'todays' music. It is great when writing or doing homework. Keeps you relaxed, and focused at the same time.

studies have shown that students do better on tests while listening to mozart (and chewing gum).

i listen to a lot of copland and stravinsky, they're my favorite composers. i've been interested into getting some james horner though, i've always like his stuff but never actually gotten any.

Check out the Kronos Quartet and Clint Mansell for some darker stuff with a lot of strings. Soundtrack to Requiem for a Dream was made by them. Otherwise I don't mind some classic classical like Vivaldi, Beethoven, and the other greats. I find I can't concentrate long enough on listening though, which is why it doesn't appeal too much to me although it sounds good.

Are we speaking of classical or orchestral/symphonic music here? Oh well, either way I think we all get the idea. Pink Floyd done by the London Philharmonic Orchestra is one of my favorites for sure. I would also reccomend chopin and bach.
