Classical music, anyone?

not something i feel like listening to all the time, obviously, but i really enjoy classical from time to time. i think debussy is awesome- he almost invented pop music, with his shorter, more melody based pieces. tchaikovsky had a great sense of tune- im a sucker for the nutcracker suite. beethoven is of course a badass- i especially like his (i belive) 3rd symphony- eroica. i saw a performance of it on PBS- pretty sweet. steve reich's stuff is pretty interesting. weird, but interesting. bolero, by ravel, is one of my favorite pieces. am i crazy, or do other people appreciate classical music?

well I played classical piano for 9 years, all I have to say that it is definitely an acquired taste. I think I listen to classical stuff only after skiing, maybe before I sleep and when I read. Vivaldi is good, Edvard Grieg is pretty legit, Chopin Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2 is a nice song to just chill to.

Well, I get all my music via uTorrent- so much easier than Limewire because the downloads are 5 times as fast and you get whole albums at a time...but I bet if you searched around you could find some classical torrents. I play classical piano, but don't like listening to classical all that much, I just find it fun to play.
