Cigarette vending machines in Quebec

When I was little they had vending machines that sold darts and I was wondering if it's still like that. Also if they still do have those vending machines do they sell cigars like dutches, ect in them?

When I was in Cuba they had cigarette vending machines. I haven't seen any in Canada.

cincinnati used to have em everywhere. there are still a few in old restaraunts and such
