its pretty crappy, but its mad cheap and all you can eat. they even make pizzas upon request for the buffet (its only 4 some bucks for the buffet)

There are Cicis in PA, greater pittsburgh area for sure. You can ask for any kind of pizza and they make it, it's so bomb, no extra charge.
