I have read through a bunch of the different threads and I have heard few but some problems with chronics also having a delammination issue. Is this true with most people that have the wides or has this happend with people that have the reg. chronics as well (red and black graphics)? Thanks everyone.

Sorry what I ment to say was I have heard a few problems about chronics (dont know if they were wides or regulars)having the delam issue. Is it more common in the wides? or is it basically a toss up, and you could have problems with any ski made by Line this season?

ok thanks anyone else? The reason I am curious is because I just got a pair of brand new chronics (red and black)and I am thinking I dont want to chance it using them and having them delam when I could just sell them as a new ski. But if it isnt a good chance of it happening to them then i wanna ride them because I think they will be a great ski...

already bought em unfortunately i guess thats why i am contemplating selling/trading them before i ride them and then they will be considered used. So you think I should get rid of them?

they don't suck. i'm on chronic wides and they're great.. only invaders had problems and if it happened with chronics you will have them warrantied faster than a rabbit gets fucked!

line dont suck, i'm on skogans from last year and they rock. if i were you i'd ride hell out of em if they delam, return the hell out of em!!

line is a kick ass company so ur wrong and the chronic are fine keep them they are a great ski and if they do have problems which i bet they wont line will hook you up with next years skis

my chronics delamed on the second day, but my friend has a pair of gold chronics that have held up fine.

so basically i'm guessing its just by chance whether or not i will have a problem with mine. I'm not a gambling man therefore the brand new chronic 172 skis still in the wrapping I have are now for sale or for trade (for another new or very slightly used pair of skis that are comprarible).

aight well i am on chronic wide 177's, and i have been on the same pair since the beginning of january, no delams. i also still have invaders that have no problems with them

Chronics delam, invaders delam, I would like to hear a couple line warranty stories cause mine are all bad, i love Lione and hate the bad press but. Heard that Chronic wide seems to be strong. Prophet 100 is shit though, had tip just fall to pieces.

my friend has the red/black chrons (this years) and they're sick. the only thing wrong with his are chips from hitting his skis together

you have about as much chance of delamming a chronic or wide as you do any other company's park ski, actually less than most, they are one of the toughest park skis. line was having issues with this years invader, but have fixed the problem on next years model.

yea you know your right becuase I actually read on one of the other threads that someones ar5s delamed after a few times riding them too soooo its time for me to hike up my skirt and ride em like i stole em...

I don't think there's an issue. I rode my skis fucking hard this season and the edge underfoot fell out on one ski and on the other one they're delaminating underfoot. But I bought my skis used so I guess its that.

i have been riding the chronics for a year, no problems awesome ski. and line is the coolest company, if they delam it wont even be a question if they will warrenty them or not. they will.

man I just got my wides

I know there's a risk of delam, but it's mostly been on the cheap invader. If you ski a lot of park, then the rails will rip it apart

i bet you only 10% of the chronics delam so its not really luck of the draw...the odds are in your favor
