Hi guys.

Need to pick a new park ski, given that my 172 chronics snapped earlier this month and are out of warranty :(

The main features I'm looking for are as follows:

-lot's of pop, so lightweight I guess.

-a flex that is somewhere in the middle (can butter hard, but still be able to hit half-pipe) maybe a little more on the soft side.

-about 175ish length. nothing above 178cm, nothing below 173.

-maybe some early rise, maybe,

-around 95 at the waist at most.

-The cheaper the better! also considering skis from previous years.

-also, I wouldn't mind helping out a smaller company, but it's not that high on my list of priorities

Skis I'm considering:

Moment Vice, Solomon 2012, Armada Halo, Liberty LTE, Ninthward e'dollos or comtes, Armada T-halls, K2 domains

Help me out gear talk!

thanks

Armada Alpha 1? Line Mastermind? both of those seem to fit the description pretty well. One for early rise one without. If your gonna get the mastermind id get this years tho because it has a race bace which would be nice for the Pipe you said you wanted it to be Able to do. I believe both are reasonably light someone correct me if I'm wrong. The alpha 1s arent symmetrical but would be better for powder/all mountain. And Both have a waist under 90

Volkl wall or liberty LTE, both super durable and light, seen some cheap ones lurking the interwebz. Get on them!

Hi Mate,

what year was your Chronics from? I snapped 2 sets of new Chronics and now have 1 x 173cm and 1x 178 cm , both skiable, if you fancy swapping, or exchanging etc?

Let me know anyway.

Cheers.

Go with the 176 thall. Fits everything you want great for buttering still stiff under boot no early rise but o well the skis awesome.
