Chronics or STL's what would you pick

STLs! the chronic is stiffer, has taller edges, has a carbon ollie band. good ski. the stl is a little lighter, has a full ply of carbon fiber, has p-tex sidewalls (help absorb impacts, doesnt crack or chip), and has a little more pop.

the STL is a better built ski, and i would reccomend it if you do more technical stuff, butters, nose presses, ect. it should still kill jumps, but the chonic is stiffer, and would most definatly be a little more stable on landings. the stl also has a 2 year warrenty. so, hopefully that helps. i picke up some stls, and couldnt be happier

Personally I do not like the petex side walls of the STL's and other skis like the Scratch's, If you like this better than the cap construction of the Chronics then get the STL's....but I went with the Chronics...amazing skis

stl- offer better buttering abilities and jib skills. also have some good pop.

chrons offer a stiffer more stable ski for stomping big fakie landings, and boosting the pipe.

 
i havent ridden chronics but i rode stls today for a few runs

and they were sooo sick

i personally like super soft skis

and so i most def take the stl

STL. I haven't skied either but the graphics on the STL are so fucking hot.

I'm not trying to be an ass, but this question has been asked several times already. I was personally debating this same question, and I'm most likely going to be getting the STL's or T-Halls. I can get the STLs for $449 which is only a little bit more than the Chronics, but I think it's totally worth it.
