I have to do this stupid school project and I need to get a poll. So, which would you rather ski on: Line Chronic's or Salomon 1080's???

never skied the chronics but I would go for the chronics because I did not like a lot hte 1080s

lets do the math

chronic: full macroblock wood core construction, 60% thicker edges then 1080's, stronger bases, and a kickass graphic, oh and carbon stringers for extra pop

1080-foam injection core, will lose its pop in 20 days. Thinner edges, regular base, and not a great graphic at all

i mean i am line biased, but my chronics are the shit, and id never go near salomon

1080's aren't that good. maybe mine are just too small for me but i dunno. my tip is coming apart and my friends tip came apart. So all the people I know good's tips have come apart. thats bad.

has anyone that said the chronics ever ridden them, i've ridden tons of salomons and lines, and lines have a track record (even though they look dope, so do posers) of not being a good ski, they dont offer much pop and they chatter like crazy when you acttually try to ski them, and for the salomons, Dumont over 20 ft at winter X 8, and both CR and candide at winter X 7

 
hey roy, the new lineup of lines are alot different than previous years. they pop well, don't chatter, they just plain feel better than any line ski ever before. and since i have a thing against foam cores and salomon, and i love the way the chronics ride, my vote be CHRONIC

oh, and roy, cr's skis have a wood core i believe. someone correct me if i'm wrong though, but that's what i've heard through the grapevine....

^ yea good results based on how the ski actually performs, not a bunch of people saying the chronic looks better, and 1080's suck from people who have never rode them and believe everything they hear on this site.
