Christmas List!

for christmas and my birthday (december 28) i get my season pass. i don't mind getting one thing tho. thats all i really need

i got some jo pros for christmas already so i'd be stoked on some chocolate coins and a t shirt.

In no way am i hating on people for getting things for Christmas, but modern society has made such a big deal about going and buying things for people for these holidays.

The American culture has made it seem like Christmas is all about getting things, turning it into a "Hallmark holiday". When you were young, and you hear Christmas, the first thing you think about is what you want, not about what Christmas is all about.

If Christmas is actually about family, friends and showing appreciation towards people, I feel like you should make something your self to give to the person. This shows that you have put time and thought into that person instead of just buying them something.

just my .02

This.

Well i worked to pay it off so nothing ha.

Hopefully a little money from the cousins.

But mostly just having a good time with all my friends and family, good food, and the fact that there's snow up in the mountains. That's all I could ever ask for.

-seasons pass

-some clothes

My family is well off (not mega rich or anything) and they refuse to pay for everything I ask for because they don't want me to grow up a spoiled piece of shit that is 100% reliant on mommy and daddy(i.e. most of my friends who have 2000$ worth of jeans in their closets and have never worked a day in their lives)

my mum is going to knit me a couple of tuques. she got super excited when i mentioned i needed a new one, you'd honestly think i'd just said i was making her oneand grocery money hopefullyi always used to annoy my family because i can't come up with a list of things i wanted, but i don't really want stuff most of the time

My mom called and asked the other day what is on my Christmas list, pretty much a new pair of boots would be sweet, still rocking on original SPK's that are pretty beat up.

but other than that

new pair of jeans, some socks and underwear, inception and a good Christmas morning breakfast.

and seeing as the majority of my family lives out of state and they are coming to my house for a family Christmas, I hope they have a safe travel and no stupid delays so we can be together...I got a pretty fun family and it's the only time I get to see them can't wait!

i'm hoping to get a little of my skicross expenses paid for

i already got a season pass

wait. WHAT!!!!

when you think of christmas what to you look forward to. presents=yes

family= no

food=yes

family=no

i'm just asking for safe travels for my friends, family and myself.
i am content with what i have :)

good home cooked food.family time.I honestly can't think of anything i really would ask for. Well, BC trekkers and skins, but I'll buy those before christmas anyways. I would honestly rather not get anything for christmas, i always feel like my parents have done enough for me, plus they're putting me through college so yeah, idk.

but im getting my little brother new goggles, an my parents an ipod and a headunit for their Jeep-

im pretty sure my family already got whatever theyre gonna get me... but now that you mention it... i wouldnt mind;
