As a Christian I find most of the little analogies like this to be pretty lame, as a Christian they may make sense to us as cool little analogies, but IMO its a pretty dumb argument to bring into a debate with an atheist.
 
I agree 100% a big Christianity to me at least to me is being about to believe in God without proof, and OP dont you think its kinda igonorant of you to generalize that Christians are the only ones who believe in somethng after death.
 
I enjoy how religion can make people look so unbelievably stupid without them having the slightest clue it's happening =D. Then they're cocky about it. OP: this will just anger most people, making you look pretty dumb and making them hate christians. Hahaa

If a scientist must prove his theorem in order for it to become law, why do religious people feel they are exempt from proving there is a god, instead resorting to saying, essentially, "nanana boo boo, you have to DISprove the existence of a god, because we can't actually prove shit." A scientist would never present something as law, then make someone else disprove it back into a theorem, theory, or even hypothesis. Double standards, woo hoo!

Religion - a specific fundamental set of beliefs and practices generally agreed upon by a number of persons or sects.

Not believing in god can be a religon. Essentially what you are trying to hate on is the belief in god/jesus specifically. So stop misusing the word religion.

question for christians:

so, satan lives in hell and tortures all the people who've sinned, correct? (ill assume so)

why isnt satan considered a good guy?

if satan was a bad guy, he would be really nice to all the bad people; they're all his bros.

and if god is all powerful, why doesnt he just dispose of satan?

and for that matter, why make people who sin in the first place? that just means god blows at making stuff, which means he isnt perfect, which means a lot of other stuff is BS.

and how do most christians not believe in creation? it's written in the bible (or genesis or whatever). it's bullshit to selectively choose truths from the fucking book. since none of it is provable, if something in the bible is disproved, then doesn't that invalidate the rest of the book?

if something was proven wrong in a scientific environment, tests are performed, and the book is changed according to what is different. why not change the bible to more current arguments? why would god allow HIS BOOK to be incorrect?!

Well I'll start by stateing that these are my personal beliefs, and I respect your right to have your own opinion. That being saidI think you have some misunderstandings of christian theology

Satan is a being that wants nothing more than the destruction of the humun race, that is why he tempted adam and eve to sin in the first place, we are not his "friends." He will end up in hell also for going against God, hell is not his crib or something,he will be in torment too.

The reason why people are able to sin is because God created us with a freewill, he wants us to be able to serve him because we want to, not because we are some robots programed to do so. When adam and eve sinned they then altared the human condition makeing all of the human race sinful and in need of a savior, God has disposed of satan through Jesus, all who believe in him can be saved.

Yes many christians do not accept whole bible, and I agree that is pretty tedious to accept some parts of bible while rejecting others, I dont think that is a very true way to practice christianity.

Sorry but I cannot watch your video as i am on an internet tablet, but anyway those are my anwsers to your questions, hope I cleared some of that up.
 
I believe that being atheist is indeed a religion. Why, you might ask yourself? because both are full of dickheads who think their philosophy is better than the other's. I believe atheists are worse in the matter of shoving their beliefs down other people's throats.

Example A: Indecisive idiot who thinks not choosing a side is thinking for himself, which also gives him the false belief that he can ride on in to religious arguments on his high horse and speak down to people for putting faith in something. I will pray for you tonight also.

but then how are satan and hell connected? the way you're telling it he's just a resident. how is he able to (according to historical stuffs) come out and infect people's minds? there really were exorcists, y'know.

and why the fuck would god create us with free will? why would he have created the world around us? why create us at all? if he wanted something done, HE could have done it. he's all powerful, remember?
 
So the story of Adam and Eve actually helps prove the theory of evolution if I'm reading this right. Adam and Eve were the first two humans, they had a gene that allowed them to do evil things/sin and ever since them that gene has been passed down through many generations to where we are now. The evil gene made the fittest of humans, meaning that Adam and Eve (along with their offspring) have kept the gene and passed it down into all of us, proving evolution and natural selection are very real.

I'm an atheist/agnostic but I hate atheists making stupid arguments against religion as much as I hate religious people making stupid arguments against non-believers.
