Christ turpin= triple flatspin...

aha when i saw this thread i yelled mom fuck some guy did a triple flip!!! check this vid..... opened the thread and no vid. fuck.

although i havent had turpin as a coach or anything he sounds like the man and hes clearly a fucking good skier to boot....
 
back in the day turpin blew up really quick b/c he got to basically pro level riding skiing for like 3 months or some ridiculously short period of time. People didn't respect him because he hadn't been skiing very long, there was like a tanner/cr interview where they were kind of talking shit indirectly. Probly mostly just pissed that he was such a natural talent. Either way, he is definitely one of the best, mad respect to chris turpin.

Was it not turpin who started the sit down hand drag off jumps? If you dont get what im saying its when you take off backseat and drag your hand while your taking off and you go into a slow cork.

in Freeze in like 2002 .. just when gorilla stezze was becoming big...

they talked a bunch of shit in that interview about how they invented style and all this bull shit .. which is soo not true... Jp had mad style in State of mind and Degerates and 13, soo did vinnie,.. and soo did JF.. Chris Turpin slays it... tanner talked shit about him in that interview casue he thought it was whack there was someone sponsored who had only been skiing for 3 month..

which really who cares.. turpin got his skills from bladding and crossed that over from skiing.. he learnt lincon loops in a week.. classix

dude is a very nice guy and Fukin kills it.. the old 604 crew of him , mckeman( spelling ) and dana flair used to kill it... turpin should be a super pro..

but i guess he got dropped from k2 or who ever then found it hard to get to events

hes ridden for a bunch of companies.. K2, Line, 4frnt and fisher..

he should be put on the armada pro team in my opinion... he would fit in well with them

well i don't know when momentum is releasing their next edit or promo but im pretty sure it will be in it

the edit is good. the tripple is smooth- so close to a stomp!. the switch back is awesome. the first sw dub 10 he does is super nice... kind of looks like he changes up the grab after the first flip. The zero blunt is sick too. looks like he had a fun summer!
