I was just about to post about this. Even though they may be rough to listen to, you have to realize that common people are watching.
 
YES! I was just going to make a thread about this. LVV should replace Uncle-E. I think Luke and Colby might be a little crazy, but LVV and Mike-D would be a great combo.
 
It made sense to me? Have you tried jumping on to your kitchen countertop? Its fucking high, like how tom boosted onto the top of the wallride.
 
Let me just throw this out there...

Anybody who knows enough about skiing to notice the mistakes they make, doesn't NEED an announcer! Announcers are just there for random people who cant tell the difference between tricks, and lets be honest, how many gapers know/care about the difference between a dub 12 mute and a dub 10 blunt?

To quote the great Richie Morgan on announcing the Huck N Tuck at lake placid "No one knows what theyre doing anyway, so i just say random stuff to make them happy."
 
this. i was trying to tell my mom they suck at calling tricks and she said "they are professionals. i think they know the tricks better then you"
 
I remember making a thread about this same exact subject 2 years ago after xgames. I didn't use nice words and said things that would have made Uncle E upset.

thank you for expressing your thoughts on this issue in a more mature manner. seriously. Van valin would be a perfect replacement
 
I would love to see Luke and Colby annouce 2gether.. They know there shit better then anyone else and they would be hilarious.
 
During the Slope finals Uncle E kept on announcing "Ok we'll take you back to the top of pipe for Hatviets second run" HE CALLED IT A PIPE!
