Alright so there was an ask a pro section up on transworld snowboarding and i asked bradshaw "yo chris, whats your view on freeskiing, i think were essentially the same as them except on one board instead of two. And if you think positive of it who's your favorite skier? I ski and board equally as much and i feel it makes me better."
Chris responded to me by saying that I suck and so does skiing. In conclusion that makes bradshaw a douche IMO.

Lame! whats with the hatred towards skiers lately? To add a positive note, I was at Mt. High yesterday and little did I know its a pretty much all-boarder spot... I was the only skier jibbin was gettin props from some riders so that was cool. Good vibes there
 
What bradshaw should do is keep riding his snowboard and just shut the fuck up. He sounds like such a fucking idiot. You can just tell he thinks he is cool shit. Sick that people backed you up in there. they should stop letting that douchbag talk.
 
i really dont understand why snowboarders, esp pros, continue to talk shit on skiing so aggressively... i personally have more boarder friends than skiers, and there's definitely some rivalry there but no REAL animosity.

the hardcore boarders just need to get over it and share the mountain, it's been a long time since boarding was a tough-guy underground thing that belonged exclusively to the people on the cutting edge of the industry. nowadays every Super Sweet 16 American Eagle d-bag picks snowboarding over skiing. those of us who take our sport seriously, regardless of which discipline we choose, need to band together against the gapers more than anything else. theyre the ones responsible for most of your bad days if you think about it, not some other kid in the park who's a pretty decent rider working on a new trick and failing over and over.

i give this site a lot of credit for embracing the snowboard community, i just wish snowboarders, esp the influential members of their society who set the example for the rest of them, would show US some love more often instead of this knee-jerk ski hating bullshit.
 
I literally see him every day at my home mountain, Big Bear, and he has never said anything to myself or the other guys I ride with. The guys he rides with though, tend to be all pretty immature, rude, and obnoxious.

yeah i'm pretty skeptical. how funny would it be if he was suddenly on guard for people from ns coming to kick his ass though. i mean, i wouldn't put it by him, he doesn't really come across as the sharpest knife in the drawer.
 
The only snowboarders who continue to hate on skiing are 15 year olds who suck, and pros who for one reason or another can't leave the 90's behind. Almost every snowboarder I know/ride with is super stoked on skiing the same way I'm stoked about snowboarding. Don't hate snowboarders, just people who're assholes, just like there are plenty of skiers who deserve hate as well.

you ruined your chances of EVER hooking up with someone on here but thats fine i guess. and also whats with girls saying skiing comps are sexist. no hate intended but right now its a male dominant sport. 99% of the girls at my school dont even think about skiing as a possibility of a wintersport, because snowboarding is sooo much cooler. there really isnt a demand to get girl skiers as famous as shaun white if that made sense.

Even if that wasnt him who posted that comment, you would never see a pro skier acting like that for an interview. He just seems so unprofessional, and stupid in the video. He claims smoking weed like its his job.... cool man. I love weed just as much or more than the next guy but little kids look up to people like him, and thats not a good example to set.

hahaha yeah, he hasn't even made it past grade 9 and people are asking him the difference between art and snowboarding. does he even know the definiton of either?
 
I was at the family thanksgiving meal today, and some gaper ass family friends were bashing on snowboarding. I told them to grow up, it goes both ways.
