Chipping

theres no point in doing anything to them, they dont hurt the performace, im assuming your talkin about topsheets

also know as pussyfooter

if the core is exposed it could be worth filling it with some epoxy or something like that. But i don't know whether water penetration affects the ski. I would assume it does because if you get a sidewall delam on a cap ski it can swell.

a couple of definitions:

1.Any of various thermosetting resins capable of forming tight cross-linked polymer structures characterized by toughness, strong adhesion, and low shrinkage.

2.a synthetic resin that cures or hardens by a chemical reaction between components that are mixed together shortly before use

just hit up the hardware store

i dont think i will bother. its just a chip on the topsheet. I just thought that is wouldnt happen that easy as there cap not sidewall. Ptex should stop water.

its really not that difficult... its just glorified glue that you get from any hardware store

its hard to explain. i can see metal sort of. i think on some parts i went deeper. there is metal in skis right.(excl edges)
