Jimmy Johns. I'm from the Midwest and we had them there. The #6 turkey tom w/ alfalfa sprouts was the staple of my college life. I for one would love to see one out here. Chipotle is good too I ate at one in Denver, but I have been to other Burrito chains that are basically clones of it. (There is actually a clone of jimmy johns too called big mikes super subs) One is called Pancheros, and the other one is that place by salty peaks called Del Rio or something. I don’t know if it’s a chain or what but it tasted almost exactly like the other two, although chipotle had the best selection as to what kind of stuff you could add to your burrito. Bottom line Jimmy Johns is just damn good and it was also cheaper. Jimmy johns also offered delivery too and they did just as much biz that way if not more. That is one thing that I haven’t adjusted to since moving out here. No one offers free delivery, even in the downtown/ university area. I don’t know what the case is in PC but I think it’s definitely an untapped market. Since were on the food subject what is a good Chinese place and a good authentic Mexican place (that won’t give me food poisoning) in the downtown area? I have not lived here long and haven’t figured out which places are good and which places suck.
