wildcat bowl would be a fun one if you could keep every one on the same route, or punch bowl and then stay under the wildcat lift. Of course those areas are kinda short.
Or start at the top of collins take high t to thirds, hike, and end back at collins. I've done this route a few days this season racing friends and to see who could do it the longest, where you are not allowed to use the transfer tow, you get pretty tired pretty fast but it is a great way to get into shape.
on second thought, I think for a proper chinese downhill, you have to include the high t.
