HANGHAI (XFN-ASIA) - The Walt Disney Co movie

'Pirates of the Caribbean 2: Dead Man's Chest' has been banned from

cinemas in China because it depicts people eating human flesh, the

Shanghai Daily reported citing a cinema company official.

'The movie didn't get the approval of the

state authority,' an official from Shanghai United Cinema Lines, the

city's movie chain, told the newspaper.

The official, who declined to be named, told

the paper the main reason it failed to secure approval was the scenes

of cannibalism in the movie.

 
If I were Chinese I would be more concerned with the whole lack of any freedoms deal than the whole missing out on a really shitty movie deal...thats just me though

But who gives a shit, im with Powderdream, that was the worst movie ive ever seen. It still chaps my ass to think about handing over money for a ticket...ugh the thought makes my skin crawl.
 
this could be a good thing, i mean think about now we can finally make our money back off those bastards by selling them the movie illeagly! yea!
 
They didnt even show cannibalism. Hey they movie wasn't that bad, it was just mad longggggg. Good effects and decent plot...length was the only downside. Which can also be an upside depending on how you like your movies...longer is better, it means I get more for my $9.25
 
I thought it was totally worth the $7.75. However, this means some crackhead will make a bootleg version with a different ending and a bunch of odd three way sex scenes thown in.
 
They didnt. Remeber the part where Jack has all those eyes painted on him and he sends Will into the cage and he says help me? Well those people that live on the island are canniables and thats why they were going to toast Jack up. If you heard them talking in the cage I wouldnt have to explain this to you
