Yeah until you turn 18 your mom, then you don't get anything I don't think. Maybe spousal support if your mom files for it.
 
I thought it was kinda funny too, not cause your parents are getting divorced, but because you are looking for some scrilla. im pretty sure the system wouldnt hinge on the ability of a person younger than 18 to support themselves with the money, unless by support you mean blow it at taco bell/best buy/your local pot dealer.

on a side note, dont worry about your parents getting divorced, its just inconvenient more than anything. theyre probably happier, and sometimes will buy you shit because they feel guilty (was how i got nintendo 64 the day it came out hehe)

my parents get along fine but I cant fucking stand being around both of them at once cause they always back each other up.
 
it depends on what state your in and what kind of settlement they decide on but it actually goes untill hes 21 as long as hes in school and yea it goes to his mom.
 
yeah, thats why i originally typed that. then after posting realized how bad it came off.
 
dont worry about it. theres much more to the situation. i wasn't going to live with my parents once i turned 18 cause i couldnt stand it anymore anyways. it should be better like this.
