Chick Riding K2 Iron Maiden 159

I was just wondering if woman's skiis really make that much of a difference? I am currently riding K2 Iron Maiden 159's with Marker Squire bindings. Was wondering if I should be looking into selling them, and buy a pair of womans skiis?

I ride mostly park, but am new to skiing as I just picked up skiing last year, as I snowboarded my whole life.

If you enjoy your current skis there shouldn't be any need, womens skis tend to be more flexy and use lighter cores, so if you think your current skis are to heavy or stiff maybe, but honestly there isn't much of a difference.
