Has anyone ever landed on your back and then gotten wicked chest pain...like and ure stomach muscles too....yesterday I was doing backs and going a little too big and spinning too fast and I would land like flat on my back...it was a pretty soft landing...but this is just kinda weird and was wondering if anyone else has gotten this before...thanks
