for real, drogba it my books shouldve won player or the year, 31 goals . . .no one has done that for chelsea in SOO long, hes such an amazing player
 
coming from a united fan, i ALMOST agree, just because if it wasnt for drogba this year you would be a lot more than 3 points behind united. i dunno though, ronaldo has been player of the year from any league imo

 
and props for knowing who zola is...ha i get the impression that there are many glory hunting chelsea fans in america at the moment
 
Cristiano is such a bitch. Didier is dirty and shoulda taken mvp but i gotta stay true and say when Henry is healthy he just tools on people. Alright back to the thread Manu won 3-2 and Chelsea won 1 nothing. Id love to see Manu vs Chelsea.
 
Peter cech is going to be then difference.HE is totally the best goaltender I have seen in a long time. And Drogba is good, but I think that KAKA is the best player this year

and the italian national team won only by the poor acts of zidane, if he didnt get red carded, david trezage (sp?)would never have been in the position to take a PK and he would have never missed it.

Kaka is good, no doubt. But he only scored those goals against United cos they fielded their reserve defence. Ronaldo completely destroyed the most solid, experienced club defence in the world just by lookin' at 'em all funny.

although they are talking about a one year old thread the semis have turned out to be liverpool vs chelsea again. and man u is in the other half of the semis. kinda cool.
