they're not standard aluminum poles. they are basically the same price as the high-grade aluminum poles made by scott. I think I paid 5 dollars more for mine than the scott pole of similary quality.

christ! aluminum is as good as it gets! what else do you want titanium? those would be like $300 poles. you guys need to recognize the difference between shitty rental pole aluminum and qulity expensive aluminum.

does it really matter what kinda poles u have? like seriously the kind of ski u ski on matters but the poles dont really matter. to me they dont!

check out royal shaft poles... google it the first pole i havent broken, with a lifetime warrenty
