this could not be legal due to height, no fenders... and width... atleaste in most states.... a lot of trucks u see that are lifted are illegal.
 
no, both could, however Paul is right. but, they would easly add fenders. They are a bit more then concept cars. Volvo wants to start making something a bit more hip...
 
it may look wide, but its probably WAY less wide then a hummer is. its a small car! yes, they need fenders, but those could be added easly by volvo or someone else.
