It is uncomprehendable to me why this still goes on. And it happens so much. It's just funny how our country preaches on freedom and equality but how its not always that way.
 
This is something that should be looked at more with pride than with disgust. Most of these kids are proud of their school for integrating this dance; while it's incredibly late, it isn't progress and therefore something to be proud of.

it is good that they're integrating but it's fucking rediculous that it's 2007 and there are thill people that are so racist. "some students were kept home" aka they had parents who said that "Jessica" and "Taquita" can't go to the same prom, that's the racist crap that i was bringing up.
 
theres a lot of shit like that down there in the south. it never died, they just did a great job of hiding it. the south-south is crazy scary. a little advice..never drive through there with NY plates on your car, you're asking for the "cops" to pull you over.

God, I hate my state. Georgia sucks so much yall have no clue. Well the main reason I hate it so much is that good skiing is 24 hours away and there are only 2 other skiers here.

You will see blatant racism random places all over the south, but you will see a lot of it in small towns and stuff. My parents said they saw a klansman walking down the street by my house in his hood and shit in the early 80's. Stone Mountain, know pretty much just a tourist place with a tram to the top(which would make for sick skiing if we got more than a foot of snow), used to have kkk meetings all the time where they would burn crosses at the top and shit(that was a long time ago though).

But atlanta isn't bad. Pretty much eveyone here has moved here from somehwere else, so the city is really civilized and it doesn't have much racism.
 
that shit is so gay, there was another thing that was like younger children should have segregated schools because there not used to the oppisite race... fuck that shit
