This is the recording bookshelf MD/CD system. it can be mounted on the wall like a picture frame

here is the portable. it only plays MDs but it is so freekin slim and the battery life is out of this world

The MDs are a good system in Japan due to many reasons. It didnt take off in the states for many reasons one being the 1998 mp3 format coming to real life. I use both cd and mds. I cant be bothered buying an Ipod for more music.

Works great for cars and the mds dont skip much or scratch.

P.S. JAPAN HAS SICK POWDER
