There's dust on the sensor, I know. I cleaned it off so it should be good to go. Anyways, hope you like the vid! and make sure you like The Hood Crew on facebook (link is in my signature)

not sure id your looking for critiquing haha. The natural audio could have been higher, especially on the rails. Your blacks were also crushed in a few shots. other then that i liked it, good glidecam work for sure. i feel you on the dusty sensor. I have dust on mine and no money to have it cleaned right now.

How do you guys get your sensors so dirty? I've had my 60d for almost a year and its fine. Just don't change lenses with the camera on, don't change lenses with your camera facing wind, keep a body cover on it, clean the back of your lenses, keep your camera body clean. This isn't rocket science.

On the note of this thread, sick edit as always. Your glide-cam work is really nice. My only comment is that I didn't love the slight-purple grading, granted I'm a photo guy so to me it just looked like your WB was way off.

if i knew how my sensor got dirty i wouldn't let it get dirty... its not hard to get dust in your camera. Also its not always dust, its sometimes oil.

I'm a camera n00b and gunk gets on my sensor.

On the colors, I was tryna keep it mellow and was aiming to be a carbon copy of the sig tveit segment in While We Can. Was a tad off but oh well

I've definitely changed a lens without turning my camera off, but i dunno if thats why mine gets dusty ever. Sensor dust is a bitch and its hard to tell if your sensor is dirty with a small lcd, its always a buzz kill to go home and see a nice spot in the middle of your frame ha.

I got my sensor dirty because I got in a gnarly crash on the last day of the season with my camera and the lens ripped off and snow got in the body. Somehow, so far I havent noticed it and somehow my camera isn't broken.

It takes such a tiny piece of dust to ruin a day, it can happen easily while switching lenses.

filmed a whole day for my last edit and scrapped all except the footage i couldnt afford to get rid of (only shot of a particular trick) because two little specs at the top of the shot. very frustrating.

Is there no technology that auto does it for you? The dust would be in the same spot each frame it would just. We'd a diff reference point.
