Made it last month for the upcoming turkey season. I'm gonna make a grass colored one over the summer as well as a white one for winter.
 
I want to make one out of those plastic ball pit balls and go hide in the MacDonalds play area SO BAD.
 
A guy who used to ski at my home mountain used to wear ghilli suit pants, fucking looked like a goon
 
All I could here in my head as I read that was Ron Burgundy talking about diversity, a large wooden ship.
 
hahah you should ski with it and hide somewhere then get up when ppl ski by and chase them down the mountain... then ride the lift with them and dont say a word.

how long did it take you? How'd ya do it? Give me the 411 if you get a chance
 
I took a camo one piece and sewed a bunch of netting onto it that I got at hobby lobby. I sewed it on with dental floss the then put fabric glue on the knots. After that I took some 3ply jute string and dyed it different shades of green, brown and tan and then just put them on the netting. Probably tookme about 3 weeks working off and on with it. I've got about 20 hours in it but next suit I make I'm going to sew on some padding in the shins, knees, and ass. I used about 1800 feet of jute to get a solid covering, but I left a lot of holes so I can add some natural veg in the field. I need to crawl around in it and get it dirty though, it doesn't look earthy enough yet.
