so today i walk back from classes and open my mailbox before riding the elevator up to my dorm. theres a letter in it, w/ stamps from england. I listed a textbook on facebook for sale and this guy contacted me about it saying how he runs a company buying books for clients. I agreed to sell him the book and have the book picked up, and the fee he charged his client would be in the check. that excess fee i have to wire him. i open the letter though and this check is for 2 large. going to the bank tomorrow to see if it cashes, if so YEEE~!

We don't know the full details of the deal, but if it's a 419 scam as suggested above, it may cash, but it will reverse and leave you responsible for the sum.
