Does anybody have any tips on how to make a cheap backyard summer setup? I have a pvc pipe rail, but in the summer it just sits in the basement.... Ideas??

if you have an old swingset from when you were a kid in your yard still its really easy to convert it into a summer setup. just use the base tower from where the slide goes and use leftover wood, you won't need to buy much and you can make it work fine, sometimes even more sturdy than most setup plans out there

honestly the best way to do it and probably how i will attempt it this year is just try a buy msnow and then find a hill in the woods to put it on rather than building a drop in even tho msnow is pricey it would save a lot of labor for the drop in and is easier to take down. But if you are going for the cheap route find a hill in the woods and put in some astro turf on a hill and make a small kicker onto the rail. ive even seen someone use this weird carpet type stuff and he said it was the best material hes ever used. the key is trial and error.

The most expensive part of mine was turf, got for around 20$ at lowes. The rest was just wood scraps from job sites.

There are a ton of threads on this like previously stated, so check them out.
