Cheap sugarhouse 2br duplex/apt for rent

im trying to leave after this month and need to rent out my apartment starting in may. its a 2 bed unit with a small office,kitchen, bathroom, living room, washer and dryer. there are some girls that live below me in a separate unit that are quiet and keep to themselves. there is also a jewlery shop and driving school in the front of the building, but ive never had any issues with either of them. it costs $670 a month TOTAL including utilities, and sharing internet with the downstairs neighbors. blast the A/C all summer long and dont have to pay an extra penny. i can upload pics if there's any interest.

to reiterate the whole unit is for rent, you wouldnt be living with a stranger. 2 bedrooms for 670

also forgot to add that it comes with some decent furniture if you want it. queen size bed, two couches, coffee table thing, some side table type things, and a big mirror
