Cheap skis - Milan

Studying abroad in Milan, looking when the snow falls. Instead of renting every time, I'd be down to find a cheap pair of sticks.

Any local shops or websites with cheap new or used park skis in Milan that I could hit up? Or towns nearby.

Also looking for some info on cheap resorts to hit up.
