RB makes some great and cheap skates.

Rocess makes some good skates that are also cheap.

get more pricy and get into deshi/USD/and remz. they are the shit
 
i have some USB Bomb Thrones with the juicey tumor and what not. i've used them maybe 6 times and they're size 11. gimme and offer.
 
your better off just buying some good skates now, but if you wanted some lower quality skates go with like the TRS DOWNTOWNS
