Cheap place at Mammoth

Does anyone know any cheap places in mammoth from april 2nd to 10th? doesn't matter if it's a hostel, appartement or whatever.

Any help is appreciated.
 
Are you coming by yourself? The Davidson Guest House has dorm beds pretty cheap and you have access to a full kitchen. The cheapest motel that I know of is Motel 6 which starts at about $70 a night. I do not know what your ticket situation is but the Mammoth Mountain Inn usually has stay and ski packages. Nothing is really that cheap around here except camping
 
So far, I'll be there with my brother. we'll be there in the beginning of april. is it warm/dry enough to camp at that time of the year already?
 
Your best bet is probably getting a room at the Guest House. I think it 60-70 a night for two people you get our own room and you will save money on being able to eat in.
 
According to the farmer's almanac this region of the sierras is supposed to see some pretty steady snow during April, with that being said I wouldn't bet on camping. You'll probably be more miserable than anything. I would say besides the Davidson guest house call up some of the property management companies in town and tell them your situation. I used to work for one and we would rent condo by the week for $200ish - depending on how full the town was.
 
ha, is that couch big enough for 3 people?

does anybody else have a big floor that we could sleep on? anything is appreciated. Thanks!
 
Yea the couch is only big enough for one person, I have two other larger sized leather chairs. Floor space is limited as my living room is pretty small....and the floor is hard as shit (no carpet foam backing) Or you could rent the whole place come May....haha.
