CHEAP 161 TWIN TIPS FOR SUMMERTIME

i need a pair of very cheap twin tips with bindings. around the size of 161. i also need boots but idk how to tell what size i wear a 9 shoe size if that helps. help me out please.

Full tilts more of a half size, to the OP go to a ski shop and say you want to check out boots but have no money, they'll tell you what size and what brand fits your foot
