Do you actually think his "Chaplin/Caribou" and "Broken/Soul/Porno/" box-Slides look good? Do you honestly?

That Chaplin 450/360 out of whatever it was made me shiver. Eerily similar to...ballet/figure skating. No joke...Yah it must have been ridiclously hard but still...
 
i think that the broken slides look great. the caribou made me smile, it was something i had never seen before and i thought it was rad. a friend of mine and i tried to mimick it at the slope and had a great time dying.

like i said: thank GOODNESS for SOME creativity. i like it.
 
The Caribou made me go "wow thats fucking nuts! But why? why do something so ugly and ballet like?" Sure ugliness/beauty is subjective, but as an overall concensus, his box-antics are vomit-inducing.

Pep is more creative. So is Andy. And Pollard is just move stylish and inventive. I'll take their style, "innovator-ness", and creativity anyday. Any... day...even Tuesdays, and I fucking hate Tuesdays.
 
is not a broken slide .look the feet .it in oppossite direction .it a new slide .charles creat a lot of new slide(one foot ,one foot croos,xgrind,broken ,ksabulus,etc)all it new some one is difficult but that want is focking difficult to do ,a try which charles in laax and a crash very hard because you need to be very flex to do this trick.

I dont like it. For those who are saying its hard so you have to like it; try shoving a broom stick up your ass while sliding the box and get back to me. I can understand that you like the way it looks its just that its really hard to understand where you guys are coming from. Kinda like how I can get that a gay man might like other guys... though I dont get it at all.
 
I saw some guy from SM Film (Was wearing a protect helment) doing a bunch of crazy grinds at Killington. He was doing them on that green down box that was set up at the bottom of superstar.
 
Yeah I board so I had no clue what he was doing, but it was original and was the only one there doing that stuff. But he was killing it.
 
haha thats ugly as fuck, but yeah i guess its hard, but that doesnt make me like it. having sex with 50 guys at the same time is really hard but that doent make it cool. whatever though if he likes it thats great.

I started doing it becuse i wanst a fan of the endless 270s on sw ups that eveyone does on boxs. Yes presses are fun, but new tricks like that are fun also.
 
he is the only one doing something very different, you dont have to like it, but i think everyone should respect it. gorrila style got mocked so much when it came out now everyone is hunched over like they are 80 walking with a cane.
 
they might be fun but i dont think that we should be moving toward this kinds of stuff. i think we should be focusing on pretzel shit and presses people arent doing (smiths for example. its a tail press with your tips pointing down hill made hard and super sick looking).
 
hey why dont we copy skateboarding and shit some more? i respect these new grinds because its what you can do on skis. if you can do it, then do it. theres no fuckin rules. maybe we should just get fis to regulate this whole sport telling you what you can and cant do? huh do you like that better? do whatever you want. he's the shit, his style is sooo sick he corcks stuff like no other... and his creativity is over pep pollar and andy what they do other than skiing pow switch and no pole? o wait charles is already able to do that kind of shit... so he moves further, I'm not a fan of all those 1 foot things but you can't hate like you do it's just plain stupid...he fuckin hited chads with park skis... skied nopole,spins unnat. like no other, have crazy ass grabs, and you're saying he's not creatives like others, I'm sorry I love pep he's one of my favorite, but the way you speak of charles is just wrong, you may be totally blind or plain stupid.
 
it just seems to me that if someone recommends a trick from skateboarding then everyone is down with it. if someone does something even remotely similar to rollerblading then everyone cracks down on it.obviously since we are SKIING and we go FORWARDS with 2 SKIS that MOVE LIKE ROLLERBLADES we are gonna be similar in many ways. the only unique grind in skiing is a nosepress and tail press because the position of our body which cannot be done in rollerblading, skateboarding, or snowboarding in that same way.
 
it's progressive and all....but i don't feel like it looks good. but if he sticks with progressing shit like that i'm sure he'll come up with something even crazier
