well there was this knoll so people were standing on the side of the box and stuff to film and what not, but idk how this kid does it, he hucks himself with his poles and they are all over the place.
 
tons of people are missing that. his back foot is crossed over the box, like both his feet are pointing opposite ways which is ridiculuosly tough and he still makes it look steezy. huge props

thats just complete malarky, id say a good amount of people on this site could do that on a box if they tried.

you gotta give him respect for doing something different, but it just looks terrible, im sure charles knows that its a hate or love it type deal so he doesn't care what people say about it, but personally i hate it, thats not where rail skiing needs to go in my mind.
 
i dont like it that much. it looks cooler when your doing it though, you cant really photograph it well and make it look good

this guy skis for himself who cares if you dont like it, hes getting paid and having fun. Insted of wearing his pants bellow his knees and doing rails to switch out, hes actually doing something different, and you dont see him bragging about anything when in fact he reeinvented alot of tricks with a new style. he can easily do all the big spins and sw ups that everyone in the park does, but he does more than that and people are hating, this trick is not gay, people who say its dumb are.

everything in skiing is getting beat, even double grabs. i think its great that he is progressing.
 
i think its sick and would be very hard to do, one of the main advantages if always seen boarders having over skiers is the variety of grinds, charles is making me see maybe this doesnt have to be true
 
^ w/e the two of you, if you set the coolness of the trick bu it's difficulty maybe you should jack of to som aerials.
