Chardee MacDennis... Rules?

If you don't know what this is, it's a game from an episode of It's Always Sunny in Philsdelphia (it's on netflix, watch it now if you want to laugh you ass off) it's from the episode "Chardee MacDennis: The Game of Games" i think it is season 7. In anycase, my friends and I want to make our own version but it can't be too intense (don't want to be throwing darts at hands.) and we need some card ideas. So ideas?
