it's not actually channel 1. that's the name of this news show that this company sells to all these schools. i dont think it's broadcast on any channel

yeah saturdays suck. luckly ive never gotten one. but i dont think i will ever get one. because at my school if you skip a saturday they just give u 2 after schools. which i think is better than having to get up and go to school on a saturday.i dont do anything after school anywyas

 
Channel 1 is a highly controversial program within media literacy circles. I've written reseach papers on it alone. It's the biggest load of bullshit on the planet. Conglomerate media should not be forced (i.e. detention given if not viewed, as the poster can attest to) down the throats of students.

at my school it is on after lunch, but we are not forced to watch it. some of the teachers dont turn it on because the commericals on it about like acne medicine and the army, that is all of the commercials there. I hate it, i dont watch it, arol barnet is a fag

haha my skool makes us watch that during homeroom. do you think i pay attention? NO! its my time to do my homework.

how about a jib for the mentally unstable aswell. maybe a picture of a kid with down syndrome on a box - anathema
