Changing pictures for icons

i would have to say either an animation program, or a slideshow program like powerpoint.

for lateralis' I used babarosa gif animator.

Also can use programs like coffeecup gif animator, or ulead gif animator 5.0

All of which you can download a demo from www.download.com.

Those programs are the same ones I've been using for making most of the animated icons on here and www.sierrapassport.com/nsicons.htm

The hardest part has been compression. The icons used to have a file size limit of 1.94k (2000 bytes), making an animated icon under those specs can be a challenge. Although more recently, I believe nopoles upped the icon file size to 4 or 6k.

nah. the one he has been using has been animated for quite some time (flashes between a few different things)

If you just see a stagnant picture of ron jeremy then your browser or setting probably have animated gif's disabled or locked

Ah yes, i made an icon, but i need a reg key for some animator, you should hook it up ghost.

well i thinks lats is custom made but you can get some animted ones off the internet that move but the picture doesnt change

i found a real easy way to do it but all of the thins are to big

http://www.blibs.com/

look through for a icon creator and you stick in you own 50x50 images (up to four) and create it... to get it on newschoolers you gotta right clcik on it and save it somewhere
