Changing my windows XP theme

Hey NSG,
I was just wondering how I would go about overwriting the files/digital signatures that Microsoft has put in place to stop people from applying community-made themes to their taskbars, etc.

Any good programs or how-to videos?

XP Pro or XP Home? I used Google to find one for Pro but it won't work on Home

Pretty sure XP Home...and I've got rainmeter, the way my taskbar looks currently makes the whole thing ugly. :\
