Changing grips on scott poles?

does anyone know how to do it. there not like most poles with a screw and crap at the top.

soak them in boiling water for a bit, then pull them off. that's what i do anyway.

scott poles are a bitch, ^ what these guys said, hot water, last time i ended up cutting them of with a box cutter
