Changing Frogskin arms?

Anyone know how to change the arms on Oakley Frogskin sunglasses? I posted this in the cult, but no one has responded....
 
just pull them from the bottom upwards and they'll just pop off, don't worry they are made to come off so they won't break unless you twist them super hardI remember I had mine on my head when I first got them and they fell off and I caught them but I popped one of the arms off in the process and I flipped out since I didn't know they were supposed to come off but it clicked back on super easy haha

just be careful when you pop them off.. and don't switch them often because they become worn out and won't stay on.
