Changing boots with pivots on skis.

I got some look pivots bindings mounted to a 337 mm boot sole spk. Those boots are falling to shit and most companies use a 335 mm boot sole. If I were to get a pair of boots that are 2 mm shorter would that make a noticable difference in skiing and ejecting out of the pivots?

yea you need to adjust the forward pressure on the binding. there are two screws behind the binding. you need to adjust them so they line up with the indicator line on the back of the binding. (if there is no indicator then the screw must be flush with its casing... cant remember forward pressure system is on pivots)
also make sure you turn each screw equal amounts.

take them to a shop. pivots are a huge pain to adjust and you'll probably do it wrong if you don't know what you're doing. judging by the fact that you're asking this question in regards to 2mm difference between boot soles, you don't know what you're doing. sorry.
