Change lens or buy 2 goggles?

I have a lens that's to light for bright days, but it's perfect for night riding. I wanna get something for daytime use. Should I get a new lens or a whole new goggle? It's a bit more $ for a new goggle, but I don't know how much of a hassle it is to change the lens everyday. So what says NS?
 
I have two pairs and it's kind of annoying cos they're bulky in you're pocket or you ride with a bag, which is fine if you do anyway but shit otherwise. Get lenses dude. Save cash, save space, same effect.
 
honestly i would have bought a goggle that comes with a day and night lens so u can switch them out and its cheaper when they come together. like the smith I/O. but if u dont want to completely buy a different pair of goggles id say get a lens. but still lenses are almost as expensive as the goggle if theyre good lenses
 
Ballers have multiple goggles with lenses for each ;)

And it's definitely best to just buy a new lens. Even without a goggle like the IO or Airbrake, changing a lens only takes a minute
 
Scott Fix. I'm not opposed to changing the lens. I'm just wondering if any one has had any problems/success with one way or the other.
 
I have an older pair with clear lenses left in them, that's all I use them for. I'd get a clear lens for whatever goggle you currently have, clear lenses are usually cheap as fuck compared with other lenses.
 
i have multiple goggles with different lenses, but i ski more than probly 95% of people on this site so it wouldn't make sense to change lense.

If you ski alot 2 gogs, if you dont ski alot - Smith I/O or Oakley airbrakes
 
Thanks for the help, but I just bought these gogs and I'm not going for a pair of I/O'S. The only reason I'm considering buying another pair of these is because the goggles are only a couple $ more than the lens by itself.
 
personally I hate changing lenses, I always feel like i'm going to break the lens or the ability of the frame to lock it in, so I'd go with two goggles, or get airbrake or I/O... but that's just me
 
I run the Smith Fuse, and they're cheap enough for me to have several different pairs. I just stick a second pair in the pocket of my vest, and change throughout the day if I need to.
 
I have multiple lens for one goggle and it isn't as much of a hassle as you would think. Plus you can find good deals on lenses either on here or through ebay or amazon.

I actually have like 5 pairs of goggles that I actually use on a regular basis right meow. 2 pairs crowbars, 1 pair soldiers, 1 pair prodigys, 1 pair anons.
