in sun valley, I went to this really expensive store just to look at the clothes (they had like prada, bogner, etc...), and they just about kicked me out cause I was wearing my helly hansen jacket, my dragon goggles(it was snowing outside), and jeans. They completely ignored me and my friend, especially after we were looking at the 'ski suits' (which were actually pretty cute.). They came over, asking if we were going to buy anything. I was like, 'Oh, we're just looking.' The lady just turned around to help another lady, who had like 5 poodles with her in the shop. The pants were like $1500, and jackets were $2000. Tank tops in that store were about $95, even if there was nothing on them. Why would anybody spend that much money on ski gear? The pants didn't even have pow guards, and they were thin silk. weird.

that stuff's ridiculous, but it's not necessarily stuff they sell and people actually wear. fashion shows usually just show the designer's creativity or whatever. that's why the shit they have in them is so fucked.

uh, I was wearing goggles cause we were walking from the condo we were staying at to the store, and it was storming outside (when it started to snow ALOT near new years). Personally, I didn't want to get snow in my eyes, and since that's what they're used for, I used them.
