does anybody else agree that Phish's Chalkdust Torture is an excellent song? Along with every other phish song though.

phrosy: you and your rap or punk bands or whatever you listen to can go try to play in 6/13. You don't like phish's music fine (even though their the best band ever.) if you don't think their talented, well your wrong, because in 20 years they mite be thought of as one of the best bands ever. all their musicians are top level and if you read about some of their rehearsels...its pretty intense. Oysterhead broke up because les claypool wasn't as dedicated and as musically talented as trey.

i never said les wasn't talented. i said they broke up because he 'couldn't work and wasn't dedicated' as phish and as quote of his is 'I just can't imagine sitting in a room with my band practicing how to play in 13/8, and thats the kind of thing Phish would do.'

keep you opinions to yourself, the guy who started this didn't ask if you think phsh sucks, he asked the phish phans if they liked the song. And sugerloafer is right, their music if very complex and take a lot of skill to play. We don't care if you think they suck. Oh and Les is sick, but Victor Wooten is sicker.

my friend was at the show last night in worcester, and he said it was amazing. They played a few songs that have never been performed before, and brought back a lot of old ones. He said it was unlike any other phish he has heard.
