Chalets over new year

Does anyone know of any companies/websites that offer chalet bookings other than Saturday-Saturday? I was wanting to go away over new year, ideally Tuesday 26th - Tuesday 2nd Jan in either france or austria.

Not sure if it makes any difference but for like 8+ people.

Inghams might be your best bet.. Could call up someone like igluski.com and see what they can do as well. They're just an agent, but with sizeable groups like 8+ can be cheaper than booking direct.
