Chairlift tricks

last year at high north people would stick there boots in the back of the chair and hang over the front of the chair. it looked pretty intense
 
my friends and i yell to people stopped under the lift the fun line from Dumb ans Dumber... "Excuse me, are your skis" The person replies "yes." We say "both of them?" the person says "Yes." We say "Coooool." it's really fun for some reason
 
i never do chairlift tricks, more of t-bar trick man. I do switch up the t-bar. Pop one ski off, and sometimes ride on my tails up, good fun.
 
i didn't make this up, but me a bunch of kids yell things at people skiing down like, "ROCK< ROCK WATCH OUT FOR THE ROCK!!!" sometimes they swerve and its funny. or other times we yell, "you dropped your pocket!!!" and obviously yoi can't drop your pocket, so they start to hike up and then realize they got tricked and then keep skiing.
 
it's kinda fun using your poles as javelins and trying to stick them into the ground. you gotta make sure to do it near the top though so you don't lose your poles
 
i do that too, except i flip my once, and try and make it stick it in. after the flip, i got pretty nasty at it by the end of theyear.
 
yell "AVALANCHE!!!!" when you see people riding through the park with a backpack. i dedicate this to alan maines
 
right before you get on the chair, pull your pants down just enough so people can see your ass. Then go up the lift. The funnyness ensues.
 
call out to gapers and tell them they dropped their wallet. some actually stop and walk up the hill looking for it. i once had an asian dude looking for 20 mins
 
-Flip your feet over the back of the chair and look at the ground

-Get up on top of the chair with your skis on

-Hang from the bar across the top of the chair

-Flip around on your knees and have your friend wax your skis
 
take shits on the seat and leave it for the next person (easiest to do in a gondola) i call it a little brown messenger telling the next person to enjoy their ride
 
oh man my mountains lifts sucks, but the lifties are cool so we always get snow and throw it at people on the lifts, its so fucking funny, especially when you throw it at the stupid idots that are in their fifties and they suck at skiing
 
i just bounce it but i had like it going and bounce and didnt come back down on the lift

i was going up a t bar switch onces and it was near the steeper part of the hill and the string or whatever holds it up broke and i ate shit and started stumbling down the hill,good thing i didnt hit anybody.probally looked pretty funny though
 
or just being a dick on the last day, and any way, you cant even call snowvalley a mountain. more like a gentle slope
 
oh...your a dick, you think your all that behind your laptop screen, your a pussy on the hill,. you wont even hit stuff inbounds mu8ch less anything remoteklt unnallowed
 
T bar tricks switch pushing friends skis off etc... And jumping of chairlifts. But when u are with a stranger just hold the safety barior very long till the last sec. Most ppl get pretty scared and freak out
 
haha when ppl on snowboards go by under the lift i always yell "DO A KICKFLIP" they always get confused and sometimes even fall its hilarious.
 
ok so my friend caught his tips on the unload ramp on purpose, well little did he know it would rip him off the chair face first, he broke his nose when he hit. i laughed so hard. it was funny as hell.
 
hahah yeah i do that too...love that movie. but after u say cool and they start leaving, you say "excuse me, your spraying everywhere" lol its hella funny. also piling snow onto ur skis before u get on the chair then making it into snowballs and throwing it at peeps is fun lol
 
we have this chairlift that goes both ways for ppl. So take bagpack fill it with snowballs and have a good time:D
 
i like to take a pole, and flip it around. get the strap around your ski, and let them dangle. then, you get um spinnin round the ski. its really fun, until your pole flies off the tip and ends up in some rediculously hard to reach place.
 
wow sick thread, i absolutely love it! as for myself probly jumpin off into pow/ seeing who will jump off from the highest point
 
i practice grabs and scream a lot with random people on it. like.. "you see that double safety?!?!?!?!?! whoah that was core!!!!!"
